• An introduction to the Final Matters booklet and its three sections.

• Facilitated discussions about the importance of planning and open communication.

• Time for participants to start filling out key parts of the workbook in a safe and respectful environment.

• Guidance on next steps, including talking with family members and contacting legal professionals.
